I just ran to a not very pleasant thing on my Artemis device. In the File Explorer that is included in ROM nor via ActiveSync, it is not possible to delete shotcuts in Windows/Start Menu folder. This happens only to those application that are pre-installed on the device. Fortunately, this can be solved by using Resco File Explorer where you can easily change the shortcuts attributes. I believe this is something that is connected with the AKU3 update.
