In this list of bluetooth profiles that are supported by HTC Artemis, I did not mention probably one of the most „famous“ profiles called DUN (the abbreviation stands for Dial-Up Networking). The reason was that it is missing in the Artemis‘ bluetooth stack. A very good explanation of how DUN was substituted by PAN can be found here. The change is present in all AKU3 ROM’s that are installed in WindowsMobile 2005 devices. As mentioned in the text, the problem is that not all other bluetooth devices can handle PAN.
